The Art of Being Wrong...

Being Wrong:  Adventures in the Margin of Error
Kathryn Schulz  -  http://www.beingwrongbook.com/

Today is all about "Being Wrong."  Kathryn Schulz spoke at TED in March 2011 about her book and her intriguing philosophical thoughts about being wrong and how we feel about it.
TED Talk  -  On Being Wrong

As much as we resist it, avoid it, defend it, and at times deny it, being wrong is to be human.  And in Kathryn's words, the experience of being wrong can actually leads to innovations and expansive creativity.

In my line of work, couples are often trying to convince me and each other that he/she is RIGHT and not WRONG.  Being wrong is ladened with such negative emotional intensity in our daily societal and cultural living.  Unless we are conscious of  the possibility that "Being Wrong Might Not Be So Wrong,"  we may forget to allow and appreciate necessary mistakes.

I Am Reminded Today that It's OK to Make Mistakes.
And Hopefully, Learn From Them.
