Fun Thursday - Cooking Classes Around Town (L.A.)

Cooking Theme continues...
with cooking classes around town (at least in L.A.).

Many of us talk about learning to cook healthier, fewer make the change.  Partly may be, reading recipes from an array of cook books may not be enough to motivate or to help get people started.

Live demonstrations, being with others of the same goal or interest and sharing the "fruit of your labor" at the end of a cooking class may do the job.

Two of the top casual cooking classes venues in Los Angeles are Sur la table & Sufas in Culver City.

Sur La Table at Third Street Los Angeles
Month after month of cooking classes, almost offered daily.
They fill up pretty fast.  From vegetarian, to regional cooking, to classical preparations, Sur la table is the place to learn.  Check out their calendar of events - http://www.surlatable.com/browse/storeCalendar.jsp?storeId=027&&offset=0

Sufas in Culver City
offers professional supplies and gourmet items.Sufas is a chef's paradise.
Check their Calendar of Events for different classes and offerings.
