It is never too late to be what
you might have been.
George Eliot (debatable Dinah Maria Mulock Craik 1826-1887)Yesterday I posted a question of :
What Do You Want To Be When You "Grow Up?"
On and off, Nerdy Hubby and I engage in these deep philosophical discussions of life. As techic as he is, he is a philosopher at heart. Life choices, situations, and obligations led him to his current profession. Yet, we have often joked about what he might be if he had made different choices.
"Growing up" in my thought process have very little to do with physical development and life stages. Growing up the "self" have much more to do with mental and emotional maturity. It is an openness to take on responsibilities, ability to cope with changes and crisis, look toward options and alternatives in life. Growing up means to face life boldly and not bow out quickly. I must offer the disclaimer that this is purely my opinion.
May You Look Toward The Possibilities In Your Life Today.
God Is Not Finish Yet.
