What's Your Passion?

A Case For Passion in Life...

When was the last time you jumped and leaped?
Remember why?

This week, I have been talking to people about their Passion for Life, Passion in Life, or just plain old feeling passionate about something or someone.

Passion is the zest, the zeal, the enthusiasm for living.  Without it in some ways, shapes or forms, life would be plain, discolored and stale.

Mary MeDuth, http://networkedblogs.com/oewea?ref=nf
a writer, a blogger, a mom and a wife, talks about how to find your passion (in 3 steps).

1. Where does Need & Joy collide?
What do you believe is the world's greatest need and how would you meet that need,
will bring out the passion in you.

2. Do the 3 movies exercise
Without overthinking it:  List your 3 favorite movies of all times
Then look for the common thread that runs through them
The thread will hint at your passion

3. Ask Others the One Thing question
When you feel really stuck, Ask your circle of friends and family
"What is my one thing?"
"What is one thing that describes me?"
"What is the one thing you associate with who I am?"
