Have Fun - De-Stress

Have Fun!

As Adults, I have come to realize that it's not easy to have fun.
Yet, it is something important to work on.

There are so many benefits in Having Fun...better health, better relationships, better mood, and so much less stressed.

So here are some suggestions in Having Fun!

Laugh (a little or a lot):  Laughter has shown to have numerous health and social benefits.
So find something to laugh about.

Play:  Sports, Games, Swing, Slide, Run, Jump...

Dream: Stories, Movies, Take A Walk, Journal, whatever helps you dream, go do it.

Get Out (of the house): Take a drive, a hike, a trip, pitch a tent in your yard, anything that help you be outside.

Try Something New: A hobby, food, music, you won't know what you like if you don't try.

Into the Arts: Paint, Sing, Dance, you don't even have to be good...just do it.

Indulge Your Senses: Eat Some Chocolate, Drink Some Tea, Sniff Happy/Pretty Scents, Go Window Shopping, Go to a Concert, Run Bare Foot on the Grass, at the Beach, Listen to the birds, Watch the Sunset, etc

Last, but Not Least - Hugs:  Give Them & Get Them

Whatever You Choose...Don't Forget...It's All About FUN!
