We have been breathing, shopping, planning, driving "Dance Recital" all week. It will be a total of 4 shows this weekend.
The 7 y.o. is in all four, including Tap, Jazz, showcase pieces. Quiet as can be, but once on stage, "her light" comes on. She loves it! We were surprised from the start. Our goal was to give her a way to shine. The 10 y.o. older brother can talk his way out of any situations. She, on the other hand, can happily live in her mind without a care.
So, we are grateful that she loves to dance, loves music, loves her piano lessons and more importantly, loves herself.
As her parents, we wish her dance...
