Sometimes it's just too Hot to Cook!
So today is...no cook good eats.
Summer Figs + Cheese + Cured Meat + Honey & Nuts = A Plateful of Light Dinner
Yes...and don't forget the wine and a loaf of crusty bread
We chose a Mini Goat Cheese Brie & Prosciutto
with a handful of Walnuts and Clover Honey
The Figs - Beautifully Ripen
The Honey binds all the flavors together
You can also put all the ingredients onto a bed of greens with a balsamic vinaigrette (made with honey, grape-seed oil and a quality balsamic, salt & pepper)
