Sunday Motivation - Move...to a different beat

Many people on the Eastern United States are holding their breath today.  Hurricane Irene is in her full fury. Transportations had been shut down in many cities. Evacuation orders had been sent out. Power Outages happened throughout, from Virginia to DC to NY Tri-states area.

For many, the safest place today is just being at home.  Here is one for you all who may feel a little stuck.
