The Allure of Spring Time Vegetables

I have always thought of Veggies as Exciting, and maybe even Sexy.  Call me Crazy, but think about it.  Each season bring in its own distinctive taste and feel.

Take Spring.  It's a season for Artichokes, Green Beans, English Peas, Sugar Snap Peas, Asparagus, Radishes, Young  & Fresh Greens of All Sorts.

They are crisp, fresh, green, crunchy, sassy and snappy! It's a season of exhilaration and renewal.

Add garlic, spring onion, fresh herbs in bloom, olive oil, salt, pepper and a dash of this and a pinch of that.  And the experience is complete.
